A GOOD YEAR

The older I get, the more I consider the passing of time. It seems time flies faster every year; yet there are moments when it feels like time stands still, moments when the past seems to flood the present with vivid memories. I feel that every year our lives are actually becoming richer, although I don't necessarily mean this in a financial context. A simple tune can trigger memories from childhood; the scent of the cold rain hitting the pavement may take you to a special time or place... We all store memories that bring about emotions and awaken us to a call from the past.

2010 was a year unlike any other year.

Although many of us derive a great deal satisfaction from being productive and making a positive difference, little compares with the joy our children bring to us as they grow and mature into adults who display diligence, respect, and appreciation towards the values we instilled in them. As time passes on, their growth brings them to what I believe to be one of the most important life decisions a person gets to make; marrying the person they wish to spend the rest of their life with. My daughter Paula Bianca made that commitment to her fiancee Jay. That makes this a year to remember for me. Her mom and I, along with my sons, were proud to be a part of this magical moment.

This year I've seen many shift their focus from things to people, from achievement to relationships and from complexity to simplicity. It's as if it's time to pause, consider and proceed in a fresh, wiser way.

My team and I value each one of you, our customers and friends. For most of you, your business is "your baby," yet you have trusted us to do our part in defining and designing the expression your Brand. Because of your trust, our gifts and talents have an outlet of fruition. Thank you!

Here are some of the ways we contributed to our clients success: We helped some of you create business names and tag lines. We completed comprehensive brand strategic briefs. We designed logos. Logos that truly reflect the essence of the brand they represent. Some of them have been selected to be featured in the International Logo Lounge Yearly Volumes. We created identity systems, marketing materials and online presences. We’ve upgraded some existing websites to include updated automatization, user’s customization and integration with social media. We’ve branded new events and continued to strengthen some of the existing ones. We created materials and books. We also made time to share with various business and industry experts on branding and the importance of marketing from the truth, through seminars, workshops and keynote speaking.

Now we are taking time to reflect, refresh and reset. Time to count the blessings, for they are many...

I specifically thank my team for giving the best of your time and talents. I am blessed to be working alongside with you!

I am grateful for what 2010 has brought about, and I look forward, hopeful for a blessed New Year.

Thank you for allowing Dreambox Creative to be a part of your story!

We wish all of you a healthy, happy, productive and fulfilling New Year!

Testimonial on the process of Brand Strategy.

"I feel like I spent two hours with truth. The truth about me and what makes me unique. DC's profile provided from the questionnaire results was insightful and personal, and captured the essence of who I am, but it was communicated in a way that I would never have been able to do myself. The conversation with Doru brought all of the information alive and inspired me with ideas of how the information can be translated into my business and ministry offer. Sharing my true dreams and desires was a bit scary, because I have not been taken seriously in the past or I thought I had to push them into a box that fits 'business'. Doru and his process have not only validated my dreams but also inspired me to start living them."
